Whilst visiting we had the good fortune to meet Chef Mickael Viljanen in person. We humbly stood by watching a master at master at work. Casually sipping his way through the Little Beauty collection and sharing his ideas for pairings for each wine.
We cannot wait to taste the combinations he was suggesting.
