It is with delight we announce Little Beauty Black Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2018 now features on the tasting menu of one of Germany’s greatest ever Restaurants, The Table – 3* Michelin – Hamburg, Germany.
Thanks for the efforts of our extended family in Germany Little Beauty was lucky enough to be introduced to the Head Sommelier (David) at The Table in September this year. As the story goes, David was somewhat enamoured with Little Beauty – together with one of their signature dishes, quoting: “perhaps one of the finest pairings of my career”. We were over-the-moon with his reaction!
The pairing: Cod with “AKI” Caviar, Coriander Emulsion, Ponzu Vinegar Foam & Miso, Ceviche with Radish & Apple-Jalapeño Ice Cream ft. Little Beauty Black Edition Sauvignon Blanc.
