Amazing work by team Ka Pao. Set sights on hosting a dinner in their flagship restaurant in Edinburgh, pairing dishes with team Little Beauty – and next minute, KAPOW! Restaurant filled to the max with Scottish revellers. There was even a waiting list! It was the biggest dinner we have ever presented to. Such a fantastic night tasting our way through Ka Pao’s South East Asia inspired dishes – every one pairing expertly with the Little Beauty range. The fragrant notes of the dishes beautifully complemented the aromatic and elegant Little Beauty varietals.
Ka Pao sure mean business. It’s a must when in Scotland. Such a great dining concept. A delight to partner with. And warm regards to all the enthusiastic Scots who attended. Can’t wait for the next sesh!
