Over the years we’ve been lucky enough to dine in some pretty amazing venues globally. And here at ION Harbour by Simon Rogan (2* Michelin) – Valletta Harbour – Malta, we got to see and experience it first hand, with some of the most elegant presentation we’ve ever seen.
